Slow service, small servings, over priced

As much as I love to support small, local business (and this place has quite the loyal following so they must be doing something right for somebody!), I just can't get into Pepper Sisters. Their service is generally slow, the waitstaff aren't usually very friendly and the food is priced about 15% higher than I think it's worth in terms of taste, serving size and location of restaurant.
