Truly, I've never had a great meal at Olive Garden (I have eaten there with family about 6 or 7 times). They get 2 stars for effort - the decor is nice and the menu selections are varied - but my experiences there included mediocre food preparation. It is as if my meals have always sat under a heat lamp for an hour or so...
