My computer had crashed and I thought I lost everything. The computer would not boot up windows, no safe mode, nothing. For $70 I got 6 years worth of word documents, emails, and thousands of photos recovered onto a external hard drive. My external hard drive would not work so they gave me one. In addition, I was having difficulty finding my recovered mail on the external hard drive. I had to make three phone calls and eventually a trip down to the store. However, that level of service was necessary because I didn't know what I was doing. They were very generous with their time and patient with me on the phone calls and immediately took care of me when I came in to the store. The general manager, Kenneth Jaeger was there and ensured I was happy before I left. I thought the price was ridiculously fair for the service I received.
