20 years of True Customer Service The Best Dealer Ever!? - ? - Today
I have been a Ken Grody Ford Customer for 20 years and i have to say the are by far the best dealer i have ever done business With . I have purchased 12 New And Used Vehicles from Ken Grody Ford in 21 Years for me my wife and my children every time its a unbeatable Deal and Great Customer Service with the Same Staff, My wife has recently purchased a Mercedes Benz, the sales process and delivery experience there was quite depressing when i compared it to the masters at Ken Grody Ford even my wife and kids commented on how Ken Grody Fords service is so much more polished, at Ken Grody Ford all the salesman have been there for many years and all the management has been there since 91 when i bought my first car a 1991 Taurus Sho, as far as i can tell with all the salesman and managers all being there 20 years plus it tells me that these guys are in it for the long hall, also every time I service my car Mr Ken Grody himself always shakes my hand and says hello, things like that mean a lot to me, my hats off to all the management and staff and Mr Ken Grody himself , no wonder they are one of the few local ford dealerships still doing very well, Great job!!!!!!
