Hermosa is a low cost vet! With that being said you get what you pay for! A lot of people look on-line at comments about the clinic they desire to go to, and you would think that you could trust some of what is written, but not in Hermosa's case. Many of the comments put on-line are made up and put out there to make people think they are great and to stimulate the business. If you are questioning whether or not to go there, think about your pets best interest and try to find a legitimate vet clinic where your friend will at least be cared for!!!!!
