I've gotten simple jewelry repairs done at the Jewelry Bench for years - watch glass replacements, clasp replacement, fixed links on necklaces, etc. It can be difficult actually talking to the person who does the repairs though as he's not in the store every day. Call ahead if you want to speak with him! I've made that mistake too many times.
