I was visiting family in Gainesville and my car broke down I took my car to the dealer and they told me my timing belt had broke and the cylinder head might have been cracked.The estimate they gave me was over four thousand dollars so I looked on google for a reliable mechanic and I found Smitty's, I went there first thing in the morning and had no ride to get home and the gave me a free ride.Later on in the afternoon they called me saying that the dealer was right that the timing belt was broken, but in order to find out whether or not the cylinder head was cracked or not they had to get my okay which I did give.They checked and called me the next morning telling me they had good news that the cylinder head was not cracked and to fix it instead of paying over four thousand dollars I ended up paying just a little over twenty-two hundred dollars.The Service was excellent,the staff was very pleasant and the mechanics were very delicate with the way gave me back my car and on top of all that they washed my car for free.The next time I am in Gainesville, I will definitely go the Smitty if I have any problems with my car.
