Though it can get a little pricey for everyday shopping, the Co-op is great for bulk spices and grains, specialty ingredients, and organic produce. Those folks who are more responsible about eating well than I am would do well to get a membership and shop there regularly.
The Happy Belly Deli, located in the store, is a great place to grab a quick hummus sandwich, a smoothie, or a dessert. Everything is tasty and made with care.
