My dog loved it. He didn't want to come home. He had such a great time. And the best part is I wasn't worried about if he was being treated badly because I knew he wasn't. He (I'm sure) would come back in a heart beat. As for rates they give more than what you pay for. You baby is treated like a King and it doesn't empty your wallet. My dog loved it and yours will too.
