Unique dining marred by service

Tapa's came onto the Sacto dining scene long before tapas became trendy... I liked it better back then. Servers and the owner are cocky... they know they have a popular business and don't need to please everyone to keep their tables filled. I hope they soon figure out that's not the case. This used to be a favorite spot for meeting up with friends, but I haven't been in several months because there are places offering a more inviting experience. On the positive side, the live music is a great addition to the ambiance, the menu offers an outstanding variety of Spanish tapas and entrees, and the staff is knowledgeable about the many international wines available. I do hope to return someday... maybe I'll give them another shot next year.
