I liked this place more than Yummy's - it has more of an authentic korean flavor. The Lunch Special at $6.90 included 3 bbq chicken thighs and a very large portion of meat jun including assorted vegetables and kim chee - it was enough for 2 people! The Kal Bee was also very tender and they used the thick cuts of short ribs. I actually liked this one better than Kim Chee II in Kaimuki.

Their poke is fresh and ono too with tons of variety - I see lots of guys picking up their pupus along with their beer. Prices are reasonable too!

I had been taking the taxi on a regular basis at one time to go to work.............whenever I called, they already knew what I needed, and made sure I got to work on time............they even brought my keys to work for me once when I forgot them at home.........they really take care of locals. I would recommend them to anyone!

It's kind of small and tight inside, but it's convenient for drinks and snacks as Long's closes so early. They also carry a supply of lighters and cigarette cases and phone cards.

Even though they are well-known for their cocoa puffs, try one of their hamburgers off their grill at the counter - it's greasy and delicious - especially after a night out on the town! The pancakes are also good - but nothing beats those cocoa puffs. Makes it worth standing in line - and these are a must if you are visiting friends and relatives on the neighbor islands!

Lots of regulars go there, so it gets crowded on the weekends - I think they have a local band on Saturdays also. Prices are good, but the local flavor is what make it attractive.

Totally recommended for a relaxing night out - almost feels like drinking at your friend's house!!!!

Last night's show featured special guest star Harley Davidson.........but Yoshiko Oshiro stole the show with a glamourous rhinestone-studded 2-piece! Some of those performers look even better than real women. The emcee is a hoot also - she's hilarious and also does a couple of numbers - We all loved it!

With the 2-for-1 dinner deal in the Entertainment Book, dining was a pleasant experience - but even without the discount, I would definitely go there again - the alfredo is a winner! The atmosphere is cozy and romantic - just enough lighting to see your date and what you're eating, but dim enough to offer privacy from the other diners. The service is good too - waiters are attentive and knowledgable about the specials.
