If your are wondering where you can bring your kids so that they'll actually "enjoy" their dentist visit, this is the place to go! The office environment puts kids at ease throughout their visit. The kids even get to pick what DVD movie they get to watch during their appointment. This small touch ensures that the kid will enjoy what they are watching and will pay less attention to the treatment (very helpful). The hours are a little restrictive though.

Dr. Michael Koczarski's office is open and very kid-friendly. The staff goes out of their way to put you and your child at ease, to the point that you can even schedule an appointment ahead of time just to go in and visit so you can get acquainted with the office environment. The office is unfortunately located in Woodinville (a little far), but for the pleasant environment and service he delivers to me, it's well worth it.

Dr. Robert G. Berman is an excellent dentist located in First Hill. He is very careful with sensitive teeth, and makes sure he puts you at ease in his office so that you aren't scared. This is especially great for those that haven't visited a dentist for a while ;) His entire staff, ranging from receptionist to hygenists are very friendly and are more than happy to take the time to serve and answer all questions.

Dr. Spreen's office is one of the coolest dentists' office I've been to. There is a television above the chair so that you can actually watch a movie while he works. I used to have that when I got my teeth cleaned as a kid....it was great! It helps a lot to take the "scare-factor" away from the "dentist" perception. Dr. Spreen also has a solid staff of hygenists.

He is a very personable dentist, always spending the time to explain the diagnosis and its implications, as well as giving you options for how it can be treated. I enjoy it when medical professionals take the time to help you understand, as it shows they care!

Dr. Sherman is truly a great dentist. His practice is really up to date with the latest technologies and he is very thorough in his work. I love how he has excellent hygenists who are caring to not be too aggressive with the cleaning. Dr. Sherman also gives free teeth bleaching for all new clients, a very nice service.

This restaurant is tucked away in a strip plaza near the Harley Davidson dealership. It's a little difficult to find, but serves up "average level" dim sum. I think this place may be slightly cheaper than places like Top Gun, since it's location isn't as great and this place is frequently by higher concentrations of Chinese patrons (signaling either good food, or good prices). I found the food to be average, which makes me think the price is a little cheaper. But since most dim sum places don't tell you the prices of the dishes, it's difficult to say for certain. Asking the prices would be a good idea :)

I frequent this restaurant for dim sum during lunch breaks from work. It offers a decent variety of foods, but naturally stocks the most popular, mainstream dishes in the greatest quantity. The price is average compared to other dim sum places on the east side. Parking is a little problematic here, especially during lunchtime when it's busy. This restaurant is also cleaner than most other dim sum places, making it more appealing to non-Asians as well.

I love coming to this restaurant when I've got the late night Chinese food munchies. This place is open very late (compared to most restaurants in Seattle or Bellevue) and serves decent-quality Chinese food for excellent prices. The food and service bear the hallmarks of authentic Chinese cuisine....quick, a little dirty, and large portions....mmmmm. I recommend!

A nicely decorated restaurant, with a lot of decorating using bamboo that aims to makes you feel as if you are eating in a restaurant in the Pacific Rim. The sushi is decent, but presented very well. I also had a yummy coconut ice cream wrapped in rice wrapping and I was very, very yummy. This restaurant is also not overly expensive, and looks to be a moderately trendy place, especially given its prime location near Belltown.
