For the twelve years that I've had Volvos, I have never taken them anywhere but here. They are very professional in terms of making appointments and getting repairs done in a reasonable amount of time. I don't live on the west side, so I'm stuck there when I bring my car in (a "waiter"), so they always try to get my car done in a hurry. However, I don't really mind having a little time because it gives me a chance to take a nice walk on the beach, which is about a mile away. The prices are not cheap, but they are fair for a dealer-based repair shop, and their expertise and training are exceptional. The manager Nino Hernandez is patient, professional, hard-working and good at customer relations. I am happy paying premium rates here since I have peace-of-mind that the work is being done to the highest Volvo standards.
