I once had to take my watch in to get the battery replaced and the links adjusted. The employees were extremely nice and the work was done in a very quick manner. Under 10 minutes I'd say. The price was affordable and I didn't see any damage to my watch (such as scratches, which often happen at low end stores where the work is not as careful). I had a little time to look at the jewelry, and they had a large selection to choose from. The prices were a little high, but what do you expect fomr a jewelry store?
