I have been to Supercuts, and they never seem to fail on messing up. There are much better places for the same price as this. I find it appalling that a person certified to style hair could mess something up as simple as a buzz cut. I was left with many areas of my hair not shaven properly. I was extremely dissapointed.
When I used to have my hair style (pre- buzz cut), one stylist messed up my hair, and I didn't realize it until I went home to give it another inspection, and they refused to fix it that day upon return and refused to give me a refund. I find that inexcusable for an establishment.
I do not expect much from a salon, especially at the price point they charge, but I do expect some level of skill and customer care, both of which they fail horribly at. I will never go to a Supercuts again and neither should you. Spend the extra 5 minutes finding another salon or an extra 5 dollars are somewhere reputable. They have messed up my hair on two out of three visits and that is where I draw the line. I refuse to support companies that cannot perform adequately.
