This place is always packed with customers, but you never have to wait too long to be seated since people eat and leave fairly quickly. The soft tofu comes piping hot in a pot and you can choose what type of meat you would like with it. They will also ask you how spicy you want. I usually get the pork or kimchi beef and ask for "spicy".
They also have beef short ribs which are delicious.
While you wait for your food, the server brings you little dishes with kimchi, cucumber, bean sprouts, etc that you eat with your rice.
Everything is really healthy and I always feel good after eating there.
Kimchi is pretty potent, so if you go with a date, make sure you both eat it :)
