Its in an old shopping center so we didn't even know it existed until recently. We needed a part for a Toyota and the Toyota dealership down the street didn't have it. We decided to try Foreign auto parts; they had the part!
They definitely have stuff that you can not get a Kragen or Pep Boys, so its really convenient that this place exists. We were also having trouble finding shocks at other places but this place had everything! On top of that, the people there were really nice.

I suppose my expectations could have been a bit too high but I was not impressed with their food. We tried the Nachos and it looked it like everything was just slapped on - very sloppy. I can't say anything about their breakfast items since I have not tried.
They also had barbecue which wasn't all that great either. We should've gone over to the hamburger place but that place is so packed on the weekends its almost impossible to get in.

It is quiet and dark inside but I felt a little suffocated. The service was really good; they seemed really happy to see customers and they tried very hard to provide good service. I'd go back there not for the food but to support local business.

This place is always packed with customers, but you never have to wait too long to be seated since people eat and leave fairly quickly. The soft tofu comes piping hot in a pot and you can choose what type of meat you would like with it. They will also ask you how spicy you want. I usually get the pork or kimchi beef and ask for "spicy".
They also have beef short ribs which are delicious.
While you wait for your food, the server brings you little dishes with kimchi, cucumber, bean sprouts, etc that you eat with your rice.
Everything is really healthy and I always feel good after eating there.
Kimchi is pretty potent, so if you go with a date, make sure you both eat it :)

This place is definitely worth the trip especially during Oktoberfest. It is pretty vacant the rest of the year, but most of the restaurants and some shops are open so its nice to take a quick around the area. They have all types of delicious beer and dishes.
My favorite restaurant at Old world is gone - Einbecker Inn :( They had the best warm potato salad in the world and their dishes were really inexpensive.
Still, there are two other german restaurants that I know of - very tasty with a nice authentic looking atmosphere.

Everything is really fresh and delicious. There is a separate charge for the dessert tray they bring at the end of your meal.

This place has really good Mongolian barbecue. You can order the "all you can eat" and get your meat and veggies as many times as you want. Its a really good deal if you can eat quite a bit. The waitress brings the meat of your choice and you go up to the counter and put in your vegetables of choice. They then grill it for you in front of your eyes. The food is relatively healthy and very delicious.
The only drawback is that the decor of the restaurant is very outdated. I don't think they've done anything about their interior since they opened up so everything looks very very old. The inside is also very dark which is usually good for a romantic date but it is not the case with this place. This is definitely a very casual dining place and the food is very inexpensive.

First you choose the type of meat of meat you want. They give you a bowl filled with frozen meat and you fill the bowl up with whatever veggies you want, put some sauce on and watch them cook it for you. The key to this is that when you receive the frozen meat, you take a napkin and smash the meat to the bottom of the bowl. Then you can pile alot more veggies in your bowl and you will get your moneys worth.
I know this may sound pretty "ghetto", but this is the way I've been taught and thats the way I show all my friends how to do Mongolian. I've also seen other people do this too. It does make a big difference when its not all you can eat.

They also have yakitori (skewered meat and veggies). It has a subtle salt flavor and its very delicious.
We also order the garlic greens with bacon.
The service is always good and I've never had a bad experience there. It gets pretty crowded during the weekends.

The place is pretty sanitary and you can see most of the chefs preparing the food which is nice.
They're pretty prompt with the service (clearing plates, refilling drinks) but you can tell they're used to handling volume rather than individual attention.
They have a selection of desserts which are kind of cute and bite sized.
