Poor Service and Attitude

I made my nail appointment one month in advance. When I got there, I had to wait almost 20 minutes before I was serviced. The nail woman rushed through my manicure -the entire time talking to the customer next to me. When she finished, she just got up and walked away, never saying thank you, or you are finished, just walked off. When I inquired about a pedicure, she laughed and said I don’t do feet!
