I was not impressed with The Billiard Store. It took almost a half an hour to just get waited on, the sales person didn’t seem to know what he was talking about…I asked the same question 3 times, and got 3 different answers, none of which satisfied me. I found the prices to be higher once I got in the store (I was quoted lower prices by phone) and feel that I completely wasted my time, as in truth, lower prices were out there. I decided not to make a purchase, and was badgered as I left the store. I called the manager, and was told simply “sorry”. Nothing about the way I was treated OR lied to on the phone (it was this mgr who told me prices!) I do not recommend this store.
