Made a reservation but they did not let us get seated until the entire party arrives despite the fact that over half of the party was present and 50% of the restaurant was still empty. They took a long time to bring us the food. We were all started to starve. Do not order pork chops. If you call well done, it will be charcoaled on the outside but still pinkish inside. Try the fish dishes, those taste good. The butter they serve with their bread is very delicious! Decent size entrees, filling enough for the price you pay.

Unlike many French restaurants, Sandrine's serves specialties from a particular region in France, Alsace. You will find the food very different from what you are used to in the other upscale French restaurants. The food tastes good but a bit pricey for what it is. Service was so so as the waitress did not bring us bread until 20 min after we were seated. People who arrived after us all got bread! Setting is nice for a casual date. But there aren't that many good restaurants in Harvard Square anyway.

Ordered a prix fixd 3 course meal. Every course tasted good and the amount served was just right making you feel not hungry at the end of the dinner. Service was pleasant and dining rooms and seating are luxurious. Live pianist making the dinner more enjoyable. Well, since it is located right in the middle of downtown, at night, the place is rather desert and scary as there is nobody on the street. There is no subway station really next door. After the dinner, you are probably better off taking a taxi if you are not driving.

Don't waste your time and money at Paris Creperie. They make "craps" instead of "crepes". I ordered a Nutella crepe, the crepe was thick and barely cooked. The inside was still raw. I tasted no milk, no eggs nor butter. I really don't know what recipe they follow. My homemade crepes are 10 times better! We are not even talking about authenticity but about whether it is edible or not!
