too salty

Roy's has an impressive seafood menu with the finest, freshest selection of fish I've had in orange county. However, the freshnest is unfortunately overcome by oversalted sauces that, instead of complementing the fish, tend to overcome it. Way too salty. The sushi is great since it is unadulterated with any sauces (except dipping soy sauce of course). The souffle is great also. This restaurant would be a five star if the sauces weren't so salty.
It is also expensive, about $50/person.
