reliable/comfortable

Shimura is a great out-of-the-way local restaurant that we might go to every two weeks to get our Japanese food fix. They have reliably good sushi, udon, and rice dishes. Their tea is great too. Another plus is that setting is very comfortable, and we've never had to wait for a table. Another bonus is that it is reasonably priced (which is why we CAN go on a regular basis).
