These guys are the epitome of shady. First of all, we went to them for our very first car. Being young and inexperienced they saw us coming a mile away. They sold us a piece of garbage, and told us it was in perfect condition. On top of that, they took advantage of us and gave us waaay to high of an interest rate (which we didn't find out until later when it was too late), but made it look ok on paper. The sales staff are liars, all of them, and just out to fill their pockets at everyone else's expense! If you absolutely have to buy here, make sure you are EXPERIENCED or bring someone who is!! Their service department is even worse! When our car would need repair (which was quite frequent) they would tell us to bring it in and then take forever to get to it, leaving us without a vehicle. They didn't provide a loaner car either. The worst part is the actual work - they rarely fixed it appropriately and we would have to keep bringing it back. Even worse than that, they would say they did work that they actually didn't do - just to scam our insurance company! On top of everything else, their prices are outrageous! My best advice - just say NO!!

This is a decent salon. It isn’t my favorite, as it is a little too stuffy and they do sometimes act like they know your hair better than you do, BUT they do quality hair care. If you don’t mind a little haughtiness, it may be a good trade for a good cut. They also do a good job on coloring and perms. Their prices aren’t cheap, but not over the top either. The place is clean and in good repair.

LH is the best salon/spa in the area! They have a full variety of services available, including hair care, skincare-facials, waxing, etc, pedicure and manicure, massage therapy, and tanning. The service is spectacular - whether I go there for one service, or multiple services I always come away feeling completely pampered and am always treated as if I am the only customer to be tended to. Smiles are abundant! The environment is relaxing, upstairs where the skincare and massage therapy is conducted the waiting room is dimly lit with candles and fireplace, a soothing waterfall, etc. It is quiet and serene, the best place to relax! Downstairs where the hair and nail salons are there is a friendly environment with every detail to comfort. Although not extremely cheap, they are less expensive than several of the other spas I have visited and I feel their rates are reasonable.

I had to attend Star Therapy after elbow surgery. They have a very nice and clean facility, with the latest in equipment. They always ran on time, I never had to wait for my appointment. I was always seen when promised. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable; they treated me with respect and helped me to heal. I am not certain of the prices as they billed my insurance, but they were excellent about it and I never had to deal with that aspect or worry that it might not get paid for.

My sister in law and I have both gone to NWHD with devastating results. The owner is also the hairstylist, although I have heard her boyfriend also works there. My sister in law went in for a perm and the results were that you could not even tell she had had a perm. She went back and the stylist redid the perm. This time it looked slightly better, however within just a week's time the perm had gone completely out of her hair. She couldn't get her money back and she chose not to return for a third perm knowing if she continued perming her hair it would be damaged. My experience was worse. I told the stylist/owner specifically what I wanted done to my hair. I also specifically asked her to not put in any short layers. As she cut my hair she told me about completely inappropriate and unprofessional topics (her suicide attempt, her mental instability, etc). If that wasn't bad enough, the outcome was terrible! After doing everything I did not want her to do (she cut it 4 inches shorter than I asked, and cut it into very short layers which I specifically asked her not to do) she then charged me $20; when I protested she threatened to call the cops!! Furthermore, when I went to another salon to have it fixed, the new stylist told me every layer was uneven and there were CHUNKS cut out here and there. After complaining to the BBB she offered to re-cut my hair for free (who would let her near their hair again after that experience??) but refused to refund my money. I am not a picky person, however this was truly a devastating experience. Six months later I still have layers that are too short to do anything with! It will take at least another year to be able to have a satisfying hairstyle. Since my experience, I have heard several other complaints from people who have tried NWHS with similar results. I would certainly suggest that you stay away from this hair salon and opt for someone who knows what they are doing and how to behave professionally!

Dr. Robert Buda is a wonderful dentist! I only wish he saw more than children because he'd be my dentist in a heartbeat! Dr. Buda is friendly, gentle and patient as well as knowledgeable and skilled. My children love him and have never been afraid to see the dentist! He makes certain that everything is done in a way that does not threaten the children and that the children only feel safe, comfortable, and secure. Dr. Buda's staff are equally skilled and friendly. They help the children learn how to properly brush and do the cleaning portion of the visit. All of them wear a smile and make the kids feel at ease. The waiting area is also very kid friendly, with a large fish tank full of "Finding Nemo" type fish as well as plenty of books and toys to entertain the children. Wait times are very reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Buda for your child!

Dr. Culver is a great children’s dentist. He takes every measure he can to ensure the experience for your child(ren) is a positive one. He will do all he can to keep them from experiencing discomfort or pain. He is very gentle, patient, and highly understanding. Not sure if he still has it, but the last few times we were there he had his pet parrot in the room and the kids LOVE it! The rest of the office staff is also wonderful, friendly, and caring. The wait times were never too long. They are supportive of parents and their children by allowing them to be in the room if the parent or child wishes it and explaining everything to both parent and child as well.

Lori Taggart is an MSN, ARNP. I went to her when I was pregnant with my first child. First of all, she seems to have 'man' issues. She was terrible to my husband. Lori felt the need to constantly condescend to him and was always very rude and even mean at times. She also was condescending to me at times, asking me questions nonstop to make sure I was being a good pre-mom (which of course I was! before even seeing her!!) but in a way that made me feel like I was in a child/parent relationship with her. It was degrading. Lastly, at every appointment my blood pressure was "high". (Gee, wonder why?) She had me on bed rest at only 2 months pregnant! Conveniently, she wanted me to go to see her every few days rather than the once a month customary for that stage in pregnancy. She of course billed my insurance. We were all worked up thinking something was terribly wrong. I thought it best to get a second opinion. Sure enough, my blood pressure wasn't high AT ALL! It appeared that Lori was simply trying to make money by padding her pockets with insurance money! I had a normal healthy pregnancy with my new doctor. No blood pressure problems, and my husband and I were treated like human beings. The terrible worries Lori put us through for no reason were also over. I HIGHLY recommend that you STAY AWAY!!

I love Just Parrots! It is fun even if you are just looking! We were interested in looking to purchase a parrot and after looking at the many other pet stores that carry them, we found this place. It is wonderful! Their parrots are all VERY well cared for. Many of them are babies, which is excellent to find, as they bond much better with owners at this age. They have a wide variety and are very knowledgeable in their field. They can help you with anything from purchasing, to training, to behavior problems, to feeding issues. If you are looking to buy stop here...if you just like to check out cute little parrots, check here anyway!

The store has so very much to choose from - mostly clothing, but also furniture, toys, bedding, and other miscellaneous items. Their prices are great, and they have frequent tag sales. The service is generally pretty good, friendly and helpful. Go check them out!
