This is a good place to work out but the results are very slow to see. I honestly saw more progress at Curves. I also find it odd that they have different things like tanning available. Is this a workout place or what? The staff is not very friendly or helpful. So my advice would be to stay away and maybe try some other gyms in the are because it's just not worth the money or the time...Go to curves instead because it's a better workout and the staff is friendlier.
