I would eat before I got there, then drink and dance to my heart's content.

As a tourist, I may be less than impressed with the museum. Considering Charleston is such a historic city, I have high aspirations for the museum and what it can become.
As a teacher, I am impressed with how far they are willing to go to help us out. Since we are very limited in field trips for our students, the museum comes to the schools and brings exhibits. This is so important since our kids don't get a chance to see what is in their backyards other than in school. The museum is extremely flexible and I am in love with that aspect of it.

I didn't purchase my wedding gown here and that could be why they were not as nice to me, but that also made me not purchase the bridesmaid dresses there either. Yet, I did go when I had to make a last minute alteration and the other shops were trying to charge over 1000 dollars. They took me in at the last minute and the bill was 1/5 of what I was originally quoted and the job was flawless.

With that said, I love their food and the drinks, while expensive, are usually very good. Nice date spot, just take 1 person other than yourself so you are not stuck with that horrendous bill.

Atmosphere was awesome and the music was out of sight! Food was good too, nice relaxing spot to go on a Friday night. A definite must try, especially for visitors to the city!
