Not as great as they used to be

This restaurant used to be one of my favorites, but lately things have been falling back. This last time the guy that worked at the counter screwed up both parts of our order, giving us COMPLETELY different items than what we asked for. The he charged my credit card a second time, and finally remembered to give me a cash refund for the first order he did wrong. The staff has been changing a lot lately, and I think that might be why it has been inconsistent. They have pretty good gyros, and their full meals are really big. Their pizzas are also good. Their simple gyro meals are cheaper than $10, but if you want the full meal with a few different sides it's more.
