Fisaga is in a great location on 2nd street in downtown Harrisburg. One of the best things about the restaurant is the open-air seating. The food is good, and the menu has a good variety. The prices are decent, and the waitstaff is attentive and friendly. It cost around $50 for two of us to eat with appetizer & drinks.
It gets crowded on weekends, so go early. We live in a place where there is no smoking in restaurants, so the smoking in there is a bit overwhelming.

The place is certainly unique, and entertaining for children.
The menu is your typical american fare - chicken fingers, burgers, more french fries than you would ever need, and overpriced frou frou alcoholic beverages for $10 a piece.
The food certainly doesn't live up to the prices, nor does the entertainment live up to the mandatory entertainment fee (assessed per person, not per table).
Overpriced, gross food. Don't go unless your children drag you in there kicking & screaming.

The store is conveniently located and very large, especially by NYC standards. With three floors of baby goods, this is just the place to get your fix. They have a registry system, which there always seems to be a wait to get to.
The prices seem to be in line with other retailers for most products. The store is well merchandised and the staff is almost always friendly.
The bathrooms are usually a disaster.
This location doesn't stock much for a toddler - this is basically your newborn / infant supply store.

The staff here is RUDE, with the exception of the guys that do the stroller demos up front - these guys are always helpful. I've never (in probably 50 trips to this place) had a woman be nice to me, or really even speak to me.
There is a lot of merchandise to choose from, and it is jam packed in there. If there are more than 5 customers in the store, run...run out as fast as possible - the space is just too tight for that.
I go in there to browse, then buy online.

The American Museum of Natural History is a great place to spend a day. The museum is located right across the street from central park at 79th street. The admission price was around $25 for two of us, and that was with the space exhibit. It is easy to get around, and the exhibits are interesting to look at. The place was very easy to manage with a stroller, which was important for us.
I'd highly recommend a daytrip to the history museum.

We honeymooned at Ian Schrager's Clift hotel on Valentine's Day weekend. It was fantastic. The location is convenient to shopping. In typical Ian Scrager style, the hotel is unmarked and was a little difficult to find. However once we figured it out, the valet immediately came to get our bags and our car.
The inside of the hotel is decorated in very modern & fun decor. There is a bar and a restaurant (Asia de Cuba), both of which we tried. The rooms were a decent size and plenty clean and comfortable.
Probably the biggest downfall to this hotel is the cost of the food, both in the restaurant and room service. Bruch cost us almost $90. However, with an abundance of choices outside of the hotel, this problem is easily resolved.

I love this place. It is located on the corner of B'way and 112th Street. It's a decent size, plenty large for me to push my stroller inside. The books are well organized and priced right, and there is a good selection. The staff is always friendly. There is an incentive where you buy a certain number of books and then get a percentage of your total off of a future purchase. I believe that they also do a story hour. Great place for the litte ones!

I've given Oren's several trys to impress me, and so far it hasn't happened.
Located on B'way right in the heart of Columbia, I thought it would be a good alternative to the place with the big green awning & the mermaid across the street. I have yet to see it.
Each time I've gone (no less than 5), the staff is disorganized, and my drink ends up tasting like burnt espresso. For the same price, I think I'll go visit the mermaid.

Le Monde is located on Broadway in the "restaurant row" near Columbia U. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We've eaten there several times and have always had a pleasant experience.
The menu is extensive and there are plenty of choices. We always have the escargot appetizer and it's fantastic. The prices aren't bad. For 2 of us to eat it's usually between 30 and 40 dollars.
Parents: you can bring your stroller to a table at the back of the restaurant that has plenty of space and you don't have to worry about disturbing other patrons.
The waitstaff is okay. Very attentive, sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much. All in all, one of the better restaurants in this part of the city.

The restaurant is airy and open, and very nicely decorated. The menu was broad and there were many things I would've tried. I ended up getting a tuna sandwich which was fantastic.
The waitstaff was very pleasant, but our server was a tad overbearing. Not a big deal. The drinks are a little $$, but typical for NY. Great restaurant to try if you are in the village and looking for a meal without reservations.
Parents: we were able to bring a stroller to the tableside.
