The famous Billy Goat Tavern was made such by a Saturday Night Live skit. The cheezborgers are very good! I recommend the double or triple cheezborger. The single is just too little meat for the size bun that comes with it.
Unlike in the skit, this location offers fries and chips.
They have daily specials too. Singles on Tuesday, Doubles on Thursday and Triples on Friday.

From the moment you walk into Club Lucky you feel like you were transported into another time. The restaurant feels like it's right out of the past. The bar is fully stocked and looks like it came out of an old movie. It's very hard to describe the atomosphere of Club Lucky but it is great!
The food is wonderful as well. The grilled calamari is one of my family's favorites. The pasta is very fresh and the accompanying sauces are always very delicious.
Club Lucky is a "must try!"

They don't have the automatic scoring machines so you have to score the game yourself - a bonus, in my opinion.
It's typically very smokey inside. The drinks are reasonably priced. They often have live music in the bar.

The drinks are on the expensive side but they often have drink specials.
The main room is typically very dark. The backroom is very clubby.

They also sell some of their samples at a greatly discounted rate.
They recently moved from the Clark Street location, so be sure to call before going to make an appointment and verify their location.

The store is a little run-down. The dressing rooms are make-shift and not very comfortable.
The prices are slightly less than at some of the other bridal salons. In my opinion, the savings are not worth the hassle.

The dresses are fairly inexpensive for wedding gowns. The prices reflect the quality but you get what you pay for. The quality is adequate for a dress you're going to wear once.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They aren't as accommodating as the staff at some of the smaller shops but this comes with less pressure too.
Be aware though - if you don't want to receive a lot of solicitations, be sure to opt out when you register at David's.

Tryst, like most others, is a bar that caters to a specific crowd. It is filled with trixies and guys that all fit roughly the same profie. The night I was there, there were 4 guys wearing the same shirt!
The bar is dark, small, and crowded. The booths in the front of the bar are cozy. The tables in the back are a little more traditional.
Tryst is a bar ideal for a quick drink but I wouldn't want to spend the whole night there. It's a bit upscale for the neighborhood and a nice change from the sports bars in the area.

The food at Pasta Bowl on Clark Street is great! The prices are great! The service is great! Everything they serve is fresh and high quality. In addition to the regular menu they have a daily pasta special. The special is a must when it contains seafood - always good and fresh.
It's great for a quick dinner. They make your food to order, behind the open counter. Feel free to ask them to adjust the ingredients of their menu items too - they're more than happy to accommodate you.
