Angelina is a fantastic Italian restaurant. It's not very big so it's often packed. The tables are a little close together but it's not a very loud atmosphere. The lighting is very dim; the candles on the tables are a nice touch.
The food is very good and the portions are large. The service is quick, friendly, and accommodating.
Angelina is a must try. It's even featured in the book "Sweet Chicago" as a must try.

Kopi has been a landmark in Andersonville for years - even before the redevelopment of the area. It's a cozy little place and very laid back. They have a seating area in the front with cushions for floor seating, as well as traditional tables. The coffee is great and they have Italian sodas too. The menu includes light meals and lots of desserts. The atmosphere is great, casual with a lot of great travel pieces. The bookstore in the back is great for travel subjects in particular.

Tuscany is a great little Italian restaurant. The food is wonderful. One of the great things is the food is served hot. The service is very good - friendly and efficient. The front entrance is a little less than inviting but do not let that detract from the overall experience of the restaurant. The parking in the neighborhood is a little tight, especially in the summer - best to take public transportation.

The Union has really hit it's mark. The theme is clearly "college" and from the moment you walk in you feel as if you are somewhere back on campus. It is a pretty dark bar. The bathrooms are decent. There are plenty of tv's to watch your favorite game on. The last time I was there, they had a $10 beer and snack special that included at least 3 hours. That part especially felt like college - walk in the door, pay $10, get a plastic cup for the rest of the night.

The best products at the store are the corned beef, cheddar hot dogs, muenster cheese, and beef sticks. For convenience they also sell hot dog buns.
In addition to the grocery type products, they sell ready to eat hot dogs and corned beef sandwiches.

The Best Buy on Elston is convenient for Bucktown and Lincoln Park residents. They have a parking lot which is very convenient and there are always spaces in it, unlike the on on Clybourn.
The service at this location is not the best. I recently purchased an item online for in-store pick up. This transaction took nearly an hour and I was the second person in line. The manager behind the counter was inattentive and didn't seem to care about customer service at all.
This Best Buy is great if you know what you want and don't require any additional service and if you're not in a hurry.

I started going to the Gustainis Insurance Agency because they represented State Farm and were close to work. Although I now work far away from their office they continue to service my insurance needs. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide a lot of good information and helpful tips. I recently had an auto claim and they resolved the claim quickly and efficiently for me.
I highly recommend the Gustainis Insurance Agency.

Webster Place is in desperate need of renovation. The theatre location is convenient for Lincoln Park residents. They offer the newest movies and have a lot of screens. On the downside, the theatre is rather old and feels like it never gets the attention it should. The tickets are typical of Chicago movie theatres. The value just isn't there. The screens are small, the seats are often broken, and the floor is often sticky.
I typically look at other theatres in the area first, but if they don't show the movie I want to see, I will go to Webster Place.

The AMC City North is a fantastic place to see a movie. Like most (if not all) AMC theatres, they have stadium seating so the view is great. The seats are very comfortable. The screens are large, unlike some of the other theatres in the area.
On Tuesdays, they offer deeply discounted movies and free popcorn. It can get very crowded on these nights though.
The parking garage is also a nice convenience for this crowded area.

My Bar is a small and maybe even barely noticeable bar on Ashland and Addison. My Bar has a nice atomosphere. It can get a bit crowded, though the crowd is typically very friendly. Work your way to the back of the bar for some additional breathing room.
They offer deeply discounted beers on Thursdays, sometimes as low as $.50. During nice weather, they open the large front windows.
