I love going to the Imax Theater. I like it way better than going to a regular movie. The movies there are sometimes educational and they make you feel like you are right there in the movie. The people that work there are friendly. It is pretty clean for a movie theatre. We plan a whole day of going to the Seattle Science Center and always include a movie at the Imax Theater. It is a really cool experience!

Marista's has very tasty coffee drinks. They have a convenient drive thru, too. If you go inside it is decorated really cozy and cute and it is always clean. The people that work there are so friendly. I think Marista's does really well considering it seems to be surrounded by Starbuck shops all over the same street. Give it a try!

Even though the Valley 6 Drive In's aren't the highest technology in movie theatres or even remotely close to being high tech, it is still fun to watch movies there. You pay for two movies. They are cheap, especially if you have the whole family packed in the car. You can bring your dog, too. You can bring your own dinner and snacks. Their bathrooms are busy at times and not the most clean. But all in all it is good to save a little money sometimes and watch movies from the comfort of your own car (if you can handle staying up late).

I guess you can't expect the very best if you go to a beauty school. I went to Gene Juarez to get my hair cut and highlights. Their hair cuts are cheap. Their highlights are reasonably priced. It took forever for them to get the highlights done. I told them what I wanted and they kept telling me they didn't think it would work, but it did. After my highlights the instructor just ended up cutting my hair. I don't know if this is because the student was incapable or maybe they felt sorry for me because I had been there all day. Anyway if you have time to spare and are extra patient, this may be the place for you if you want to save some money.

Caveman may not be the fanciest place to go, but it definitely tastes good. I really love their BBQ chicken sandwich. The BBQ pork sandwich is good, too. Besides ordering food from there, you can also bring in your own meat to have them smoke it for you. The food is reasonably priced and if you go there during lunchtime on a week day, you may have to wait in line for a bit. The people that work there are really nice, too.

If you don't live near Black Diamond, it is definitely worth the drive to go out to eat at the Black Diamond Bakery. They have the best breakfasts and lunches and you can even bring home a loaf of bread or some goodies from the attached bakery. Everytime I have eaten here it has been busy. I have never had a bad meal here and plan to go again soon!

I always get the oriental chicken salad and it comes with a roll, bottled water, fruit and a cookie. I usually end up having to save some to take home. Besides salads, they also have a variety of sandwiches. They always deliver on time, too. They are a great alternative to pizza for your company luncheons.

I think the Jay Berry's restaurant in North Bend is fantastic. I eat there everytime I go shopping at the outlet mall in North Bend. They have great salads, soups, sandwiches, pasta and pizza. The waitstaff is really friendly and it is decorated nicely. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced. I especially like the shrimp louie salad.

We stopped at the Wallingford Pizza House for dinner after a day at the Woodland Park Zoo. We were shocked at how good it was. I haven't had the regular pizza there, but the "dome" pizza is to die for. It is kind of like a chicken pot pie, but pizza style. My mom got a regular pizza and said it was really good, too. It is a cozy restaurant and not too expensive. I will definitely go there again.
