Sakura is Delicious!

We brought two friends from out of town to this bistro based on a strong review in the Seattle Times. It was delicious and we didn't have to drive downtown. Everybody who waited on us was friendly and worked to help us have an good experience.
We enjoyed tasty butter clams in broth. The spices in the broth were so yummy we could not stop slurping it by dipping in the left over clam shells. There was an exceptionally large selection of maki sushi (rolls). The Dragon roll was draped in an abundance of perfectly ripe avocado. The Chinese Maki was unusual and exploded with cilantro and other great flavors. The sushi was fresh and delicious. We finished the meal with two sliced fresh pairs drizzled with a sweet fruit sauce. Very refreshing.
We were also impressed that children were clearly welcome. There are two choices under a "kids' menu" and noticed children coloring their place mats at an adjacent table. We plan on visiting with the kids in tow next time!
