I used to go to Blanford all the time. They have a few paved trails, and lots of ones with wood chips down. Every year they have Sugar bush, when you can see the process of gathering and making maple syrup. You can get some real maple syrup and maple syrup candy. I make it a point to go here with my husband and our dog when we are in town.

My husband and I ended up here when we were DDing for some friends. It's much quieter than the bar upstairs, but you can still get drinks if you want. It's a nice change from the noise.

This place has it all. A movie theater, pizza. burritos, other REAL food, plus their own micro-brew beer and ROOTBEER. Their rootbeer is some of the best I have EVER had.

This place has it all. A movie theater, pizza. burritos, other REAL food, plus their own micro-brew beer and ROOTBEER. Their rootbeer is some of the best I have EVER had.
If you are watching a movie in the real theater, they will bring you your food. If you are over 21, you can sit on the main floor and get beer from the bar in there. Their take-out is quick, so if it is crowded you can find one of Anchorages many parks to go sit in.

They are alright. Recently the service changed to unlimited download for the cable Internet, which is nice. I had never lived in a place with a download cap before. The customer service needs improvement, after 6pm I tend to get someone in the lower 48, which is no help. If you want cable, it's not like you have a choice here.
