Great place to take a date. The food is relatively inexpensive, the waiters are fabulous, and the live music is awesome! The food tastes pretty delicious and the tables are very private and romantic. Take your new beau or rekindle the love of your old. It's in a pretty prime location for an evening on the town. It is not fancy but is somewhere where the average joe would feel comfortable.

This place = not so great! It is kind of pricey for the food you get, and I have never really found anything I like here. I guess the best part is the free chips and salsa, but that is kind of a staple at Mexican restaurants. It is in the U village, so it's ok for a sit down type restaurant that is quick when shopping. I would reccomend the Honey Baked Ham Co. or The Ram when down at the U-Village.

Great food and quality for great prices! The food is fabulous, especially the lamb mix gyro and the people are super nice. It is a very ethnic place with cool tapestries and weird decorations. They stay open super late so it's great to go there when you are feeling the midnight munchies. The only downfall...smoking is allowed and it gets really smokey in the lounge type area.

This place is kind of over priced for what they have. I just remember it being really dark inside and smelling kind of bad. They get all weird about taking bags in there and are really into watching people like we want to steal their junk. I guess you can find funky things to wear, but wearing used clothes is not really my thing!

Buffalo Exchange is a pretty sweet store located on the Ave near the University of Washington. It is a good place to go to sell any clothes you were going to give to the Good Will and get a little cash for them. As for buying clothes, I have only bought accessories for costumes and such, never really bought any clothes to wear on a regular basis. But then again, thrift store shopping is not really my forte! It is a tad over priced though.

I love Indian food, and this restaurant is fabulous when it comes to Indian food. I have to say the service is quick, food amazing, and everything is just so fine and dandy! Parking sucks, but if you are one of the 40,000+ University of Washington students, you should get your walking shoes on and head on over to the Taste of India, where you WILL taste India. Lamb equals the best and Nan is great too!

BLAH BLAH BLAH! China First, not so great. I mean it's ok, but definetely not the best of the restaurants on the Ave. I reccomend New China Express, Pita Pit, or any of the Indian restaurants. I would only use coupons here because it is not really worth spending your actual money! But hey, what can I say, it is alright

Well pita pit...where do I begin, with the wide selection of meats? No! With the fresh pita bread that tastes oh so good? Nope! How about the fresh veggies, especially the pepperchinis? Not there either! I know! THE SAUCES...by far the biggest selection of sauces ever. Babaganoush
Hummus
Tzatziki **********************
Light Mayo
Mustard
Caesar
RedHot
BBQ Sauce
Dijon Mustard
Secret Sauce
Ranch Dressing
Honey Mustard *********************
And the best part of pita pit, it's open late, so all you drunken college students can cure your hunger pangs at 3 in the morning!
