I rented a bounce house for my son's birthday party from All Star Party Service and all seemed fine until I got home to find that they'd given me the wrong equipment, and that the equipment that i'd been given could not be staked down with the stakes they'd given me...AND the equipment had a hole in it. You'd think that once All Star had been notified of the situation that they would make it right...WRONG! They refused to deliver a new unit and when I insisted they charged me a "delivery fee" that I never agreed to pay. What a terrible company. You'd think that with all of the choices we have in the DFW area for bounce house rental, that All Star Party Service in Fort Worth would value their customers and provide better service.
