Once you go here, you will definitely want to go back. They are especially known for their paper thin swedish cookies. Not overly sweet, sort of buttery and practically melt in your mouth. The vast array of cakes are also special. They are more expensive than just some average bakery but it is definitely worth it - you are getting a lot more for your money than at just an average bakery.
There is also a Swedish deli that offers all the traditional crackers, cheeses, pickled herring, cream spreads, etc.
