Ruby's Diner gets 3 stars because it's average, much like the burger joints out there these days. They've got some kinda theme going on with the hats and shirts, but whatever floats your boat. The burgers are good, so whatever you order should make you happy. Nice and clean, I would suggest this place for a quick meal on a date.
