Located on Taylor St., known as Little Italy, Tuscany has quite a bit of competition. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. An intense smell of home-cooking greets you at the door immediately. The food is fabulous - probably the best on Taylor St. It is pricey - definitely a place to go for a special occasion.

Located on Taylor St., known as Little Italy, Rosal's has quite a bit of competition. The interior of the restaurant leaves much to be desired, but overall the atmosphere is quant and sweet. Good food, decent portions, maybe a tad overpriced. The service is definitely what sets this place apart; in a word, excellent.

While I haven't been to this new salon in the up and coming neighborhood of University Village for their hair styling, I have been there to experience both waxing and pedicures. Let me tell you, fabulous! The pedicure itself was relaxing and beautifully done. I think they only have one person who does nails, so you'll be sure to get a great pedi everytime. As for the waxing, while it wasn't totally painless, the "bedside manner" was so great, you hardly felt anything. Would definitely go back.

Morgan's is the new kid on the block - literally. With only one other restaurant nearby, Morgan's is poised to become the newest neighborhood hotspot for the up and coming UIC/University Village area. The food is simple, yet tasty, while the decor and ambiance would satisfy both a sports lover and his discerning dining companion. Great value for the food portion, although service is still a tad slow; most likely due to the brand "newness" of the entire operation.
