When I dropped my car off, we were off to a good start. They were organized, confident and listened to why I was bringing in my car--a squeaking noise and thermostat problems. I didn't have an appointment so it took them a few days to get to my car. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the didn't find the mystery problem that another mechanics had suggested (and that I never fixed). In fact, they fixed my squeaking and temperature with a new bearing and thermostat. An easy fix.
