They run a lot of specials that are good deals, but their other prices are a little steep. You will find friendly hometown service and shorter lines than the ones at Wal-Mart. You have to weigh prices against service.

Not to be critical, but I have heard this termed "Savannah White" because the hair is so bleached it is white! This place does offer reasonably priced manicures and will give discounts for large groups, such as bridal parties. I have never used them, but I do believe they have tanning beds available. It completely depends on your style whether or not this is the place for you. However, if your a city girl - beware.

The wait staff is eager to please, and the kitchen prepares dishes with style and substance. The bananas foster, prepared tableside, is the perfect way to end a meal. If you want to go all out, request a table in the wine cellar; your special someone is sure to be pleased.

This is perfect for romantic dinners, business dinners, or large parties. The only drawback if you can call it that is the price of the food. I hope you have a large wallet. They have a balcony off the second floor for dining, which really adds to the atmosphere.

The baked potatoes are smothered in butter and sour cream and as soft and tender as possible. The cole slaw is lacking a little. However, they have a decent salad bar. Their sweet tea is the definition of sweet tea!! You have a beautiful view of the river while you eat and friendly service. The only downfall is the building is old and needs updating. It is also within the flood line, so occasionally they have to close if the river rises. Make this stop and let your taste buds enjoy!

This is truly good food for this rural area. You could eat here every night of the week and have something different, and it's pretty good food. However, your cholesterol level will probably increase by quite a large amount if you do this. The restaurant is one of the main tourist attractions in Savannah, TN because Daryl Worley's wife owns the restaurant. There are pictures of Daryl all over the walls. Don't plan on privacy if you eat here. It is just one big room where everyone stares at eachother while you eat. There's always a wait, which tells you something about their delicious food.

This is some of the best you'll find, however, it is just a little hole in the wall with no atmosphere. The bathrooms are subpar. The servers are as sweet as sugar with their kind way of calling everyone sweety and honey. Definitely a place to stop if you're in the area!

While I enjoyed this place the first couple of years that I went here for my haircuts, I soon learned that customer loyalty was not a part of this business. It is quite a cute shop and salon located on Pickwick Lake. It is sheek with its nautical decor. You can find the latest fashions in swimwear, etc, and in beauty products. The haircuts and coloring are quality for this area, however, I have had poor customer service here twice. Just a heads up.

While this is an excellent place to shop for wedding gifts in the small town of Savannah, TN, it is too expensive. The girls in the town who are to wed soon register for their gifts here. This makes buying their wedding gift very convenient. However, I have seen the same items for about a third of the price at other locations, such as TJ Maxx and Marshalls in their homegoods section. All the merchandise is very nice quality and lovely for any home.
