Marc Perrone is a former banker that wanted to put his energy elsewhere and I have only heard rave reviews.
Marc has done a ton of great work from custom kitchens, bathrooms and porches (I have seen them all). While I have not hired him yet, I intend to based on everything that I have heard.
I highly recommend him based on the projects he's done and the conversations that I have had with him and his clients.

Antonello's is a great old world Italian place that is a great spot for a date or business dinner. The service is outstanding and so is the food and wine list.
It will cost you, but if you are looking for a great meal and Italian is your thing then you can not go wrong with this spot.

The Barking Crab is a crab shack of sorts right on the Boston waterfront - an easy walk from South Station.
It's got a great big outdoor tent that overlooks the city and the ocean. Great fried clams and such as well as a good selection of draft beers to go along with it. The menu goes far beyond fried seafood, but the atmosphere is very casual.
I like it a lot, but maybe not your ideal spot for a date.

Pizza - You can buildyour own traditional ZA, but these guys have a great selection of specialty pizzas as well. There are too many great ones to mention here - very unique selection though.
Pasta - Great pasta selections. Not broccoli, chicken ziti types, but rather more sophisticated sauces and selections - yummy!
Lastly and most importantly - SALADS - a pizza place that makes something other than Iceberg - fresh - homemade dressings - GOOD.
They deliver too...........

Dr. McArthur is a GREAT dentist who made me feel at ease. Furthermore, they have a wide range of capabilities and were great about dealing with my constant reschedulings due to travel.
This was a MUCH better dental experience than I have ever had.

Dan Corey - the owner of Ashmont Renovations was recommended to me by another Judy's Book member for some interior painting earlier the Spring (do we have that here?)
Dan came in with a very competitive bid and did a great job with the 5-6 rooms we needed painted while we were away on vacation - he even shoveled our driveway out of a 14" snow storm which was way above and beyond the call.
The one thing that turned out really great was some stenciling he did while painting our old staircase.
Like any contractor, he had to changed around his schedule from day to day, but at 7:30AM you always knew if he was coming or not and easily worked around our schedules.

Forever Tile in West Concord was a great place to go in order to get granite countertops and a wide selection of tile flooring. They were very helpful with design as well as installation and did everything quickly and on budget.
Their easily located right off route 2 - you'll want to go and see their samples as they have some hard to find products.

I woke up this morning at 4AM to take an early Father's Day fishing trip with Capt. Dave Bitters - the owner of Baymen Outfitters.
We left from Duxbury harbor and spent the morning in Duxbury Bay - while it was a little cold out there, the action was great as we must have caught around 40 good striped bass on fly line and spinning reels - we brought some equipment, but Capt. Dave had some too - he knew exactly where to go and how to help us hook them up. I am usually happy with one stiped bass per outing - this was incredible. A great way to get out on the water and get excited for Summer. His shop has all you would ever need in the fishing dept as well.
