The chicken and spinach spa enchiladas are so good you dont even realize you're eating healthy! They come with roasted sweet potatos and asparagus. Also love the sweet potato chips and the fire roasted salsa. Blue Mesa is something different than the same old same old tex mex restaurants. Try the queso too! YUM! This is a great place for a nicer tex mex experience than the standard. The bar and happy hour are great too!
