Unless you already know about Monte's or someone recommends it to you.......you probably would not go there..... But trust me,,,it looks like a dive on the outside, and even the interior could use...

But trust me,,,it looks like a dive on the outside, and even the interior could use some renovation, but I guess some things should be left alone. However............the food is very, very good. They make an excellent pizza and the pasta dishes are delious. Best of all the prices are very good. They get alot of customers! Take out is available too........

For big parties, like 50 or more they have a couple of seperate rooms. Very popular on the weekends. They also have a nice luncheon menu too.

The breakfast had an elegant array of foods from eggs, to custom made omellets to pastries, to bacon to ham to mousse for dessert. They had a wonderful pianist and vocalist too. Our lunch on another day was steak tips for hubby and burger for me. They also have a lovely dinner menu too....

Pricey yes, great tasting yes. All seafood prices are high nowadays,,,,,so you want to go to a place where you know the food is good......and theirs is superb. They have had many food reviews from professional food critics. The building itself is shaped like a clam box! Nice picnic tables under the shade trees or eat inside.....

They also make submarine sandwiches and have fries, etc. Kind of a hard parking lot to get in and out of; sometimes easier to park on the street..Because we picked up our order, I am not sure if they deliver or not, so be sure to inquire first.

A little tricky parking..if you can't find a space on Main St or Foster st...you can park in the public lot and walk across.

They are a great, handy local place to buy tires. They carry name brands. Most work could be done while you wait. They also do brakes,etc. My only complaint is that they do close early on...

They also do brakes,etc. My only complaint is that they do close early on Saturdays.. they close at 2 pm I think.Otherwise, they have several bays available for work and a clean waiting area.

Happy Valley automotive repair did good work for my husband. They are a rather small shop, but when my husband's alternator failed on him...he had his car towed here and they actually fixed it...
Happy Valley automotive repair did good work for my husband. They are a rather small shop, but when my husband's alternator failed on him...he had his car towed here and they actually fixed it within an hour's time. They are in a handy location and they do all kinds of repairs. I definitely would recommend them.
