Excellent! except maybe dessert.

This place has rave reviews everywhere I looked online, and I can see why. It is tiny (hence the "bistro," I suppose), and the moment you walk in the owner makes you feel at home. He's not overly friendly as if he knows you, just gets that perfect blend of cordiality and genuine friendliness that really adds to the experience. The food is different from most of the restaurants I typically go to (I think they have French and Hungarian cuisines, among a couple other types) and it's a refreshing change of pace. It's well-done, unique, and well-presented as well. Their menu is extensive and it was hard to pick something, it all sounded so good; they also have an international choice of wines that I don't think you can find at many other places. They have a host of desserts on display, but they were ridiculously expensive! which was especially odd because the rest of the meal seemed reasonably priced. Plus, the desserts were good, but not anything overly special. I'd enjoy the appetizers and entrees, but head somewhere else for dessert.
