“Excellent bakery with reasonable prices”

This review is for: Gabriel's Desserts
After I got engaged, I had wedding cake tastings at many bakeries. Johnnie Gabriel was by far the nicest person I met with when wedding planning. She spent more time with me than any other bakery to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. She even used styrofoam tiers to show me the exact proportions of the cake with different numbers of servings. Gabriel's Desserts also offered more flavors than any other bakery we spoke with. Not only do they have tons of flavors, but instead of giving you just a tiny bite to try, they actually bake you several small cakes of flavors of your choice to take home. This was great because we were able to have several people taste the cakes and give their opinion. We ended up with three flavors - white cake with raspberry filling, chocolate cake with cooked fudge filling, and carrot cake for the grooms cake. www.gabrielsdesserts.com
