not worth the hassle

The selection of dresses is decent at Exclusives. Several major bridal designers are represented, and the dresses start of at about $2000+. They service, however, is terrible. They failed to meet each deadline that had been set, and there was almost a complete lack of communication on their part. I received the swatches almost 3 months later than I was supposed to, and the dress came in 2 months late (barely making it in in time for the wedding). What I found most annoying though was that I could never reach anyone. Each time that I called to check on the status of the swatches/dress, they would take a message and not call back. This caused even more problems when they mistakenly charged me twice for the deposit. It took almost a month before I could finally reach someone to credit my card. Although everything eventually turned out okay and I loved my dress, the customer service definitely made it not worth the hassle. I definitely expected better service for $3500. (As a sidenote: When I started to have problems with them, I researched them a little bit on the internet and found out that they have an unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau)
