This review is for: Time Warner Cable
Finally we were able to get TWC, and of course I have the DVR and have no idea how I lived without it. Excellent reception, my only downfall with TWC is the subcontractors that come out. Since this is the year of lightening storms our transformer in the basement was zapped, they came out a week later to replace it. He was a nice guy but said we needed a newer cable line. The following wed. another fellow showed up to install the new cable and hook my daughters ECOT up on RR. He had no clue was ECOT was so he did not do it, and told us he would not run a new line. Since we had reception we did not buck it at all. Two days later TWC called and yet another contractor would be out to install the RR, now he was great and it was done in no time. TWC is great but the inconsistency of the contractors is less than wonderful.
