I enjoy going to our local Kmart, the sales are pretty good, but I do miss the old "blue light specials". It has been years since I have seen them.
The store is clean and employees are ready to help without prompting. The only place that there is a lack of employees is the jewelery counter. But that is a minor problem since they will call someone to help you.
They have installed meters that will tell you the price of an unmarked item. I love this feature, much along the same lines as Wal-Mart. There are certain brand that are specific to Kmart such as their "Basic Essentials" , which are my favorite line of bedding and other linen.
My shopping experience is always a pleasant one.
