Captain Hunt's is probably the best stocked tobacco shop in San Diego. They have hundreds of different flavors and brands of cigars available. The also sell a large variety of loose tobacco. You can pick up pipes, ashtrays and lighters here as well, at good prices for quality products. You can purchase almost anything to meet your smoking needs at Captain Hunt's and will be assisted by informative and friendly employees.

I never knew so many different hats existed before I stepped into this store. The truly have any sort of hat imagineable for sale here. There are hats of all different sizes, shapes, colors, fabrics, the list goes on. There are fun shaped hats, golf hats, hats I don't even know what they're called. They'll do custom embroidery on their hats in the shop. Even if you're not in the market for a new hat, definitely a cool place to browse while you're at Seaport Village.

This is an upscale women's clothing store located in Seaport Village. This store doesn't sell every day clothing, more special occasion clothing. Their clothes are very nice and high quality, but also carry a hefty price tag. This is a nice store if you're in town and need to pick up a dress for a night out, but I can't imagine anyone buying a whole wardrobe here.

Remember Hyper Color shirts? This store sells items sort of along those lines. Their products change colors in the sun and are pretty cool. They mainly sell clothing, but also have things like bags and hair scrunchies, all of which change in the sun. Probably the neatest thing they sell is nail polish that also changes in the sun. This is a cool store to pick up a gift for someone, as it's a pretty unique concept.

The USS Midway museum offers civilians a unique look at how sailors live. The cost of admission is a bit high, but the price includes a set of headphones that gives you information along the tour. You can see lots of different spaces, including the berthing area and the bridge. Very informative and a lot of fun. Not recommended for small children, handicapped persons or elderly people that may have difficutly navigating steep ladders and small passageways. Definitely a great place to stop and soak in some important naval history in San Diego.

Music Trader is a great concept for a store. You really can trade your music here. Take in old CD's you don't want anymore and get store credit to buy old CD's other people didn't want anymore! You don't necessarily have to trade in your old music though, anyone can go in and browse through their bins and buy CD's. The music is a bit disorganized, but if there's something you're really looking for, you can find it here with a little patience usually. The prices are great and you can really fill out your CD collection cheaply here.

I personally love everything Sanrio, including this store. The prices are really more than you would normally pay for an item, but it's the only place in San Diego that I know of that sells Sanrio merchandise. I personally really love Badtz-Maru and it's sometimes difficult to find items with this character on it, but usually they have a good selection. They have the big Sanrio names, but also the lesser known Sanrio friends too and it's a great place to look around and find something new and cute, like a purse of pens.
