Well, if your choice is a margarita (or cheap bottled beer) and very very traditional good Mexican food, most smart locals will tell you that the only place to go is Senor Taco on Broadway.
The atmosphere here is lively and teh jukebox is always playing the greatest traditional songs from Mexico. The waiters are all very cool and friendly and love to talk to their tables.
Food is good - especially nachos, enchiladas and the super salsa bar!!
