Don't count on them

I've used Roto-Rooter before and they fixed my problem, but as I write I am taking a day off from work to wait for them. I called at 7:30 this morning and they said they'd have someone out to fix my problem by 10:00. At 9:30 I get a call saying they're running late, they should arrive no later than 11:30. At 11:45 when they hadn't arrived I called to check the status and the dispatcher got an attitude and told me they would be here by 1:00. It's 12:30 now. We'll see how that goes.
Overall the work is fine but the service and broken promises have made already negative experience of not having working plumbing even more negative. I won't be calling on them again.
